What exactly is bathtub reglazing?
Put simply, reglazing refers to the process of applying a new shiny coating on tubs, sinks, counters, and tile.

Do you use real porcelain?
No one does. It is not possible to reapply porcelain. Porcelain is fired at approximately 1800 degrees, and therefore cannot be used to resurface your tub. In fact, if another company has stated that they will put the porcelain back on, we suggest you have the fire department standing by to put out the flames. We use a synthetic glaze that simulates the look and feel of the original surface.

What is your "Standard" finish?
This is our EPOXY based coating.

What is your "Deluxe" finish?
This is our ACRYLIC URETHANE based coating.

What is the difference in these materials?
Both are durable and chemically resistant materials. The urethane is an eco-friendly material, dries in 4 hours verses 48 for the epoxy, and can last 10 years. The epoxy does become brittle over time, which cuts it's average lifetime to 2-3 years.
